Hey, i don't know if this is up to you, but eh... is it possible to start a libery with skins, and that members can make their skin for the site...
After a week or 2 when they have been rated the best 3 are chosen and that becomes new skins.
What about it?

This is an idea that has been tossed around before. But there are several issues that go along with it. I'm not going to get into those issue but ,in short, this is something we are not willing to do. Sorry.
