Umm, I guess this means that I have alot to catch up to when it comes back up . Hopefully in a month I can get the money to join. I really hate not working and getting the $$$ I was getting.

Would non-paying people.. Like level 2 can still upload?

Weaksid, yes...there is more than one way to 'contribute' to the site....apart from subscriptions, etc, there is also interaction on the message board, and submission of skins, news items, etc...
