Check to see if there are any Opt-in patches for the game

Please ensure you are using the latest non-Beta driver from your graphics card manufacturer. To check that your drivers are current, please use one of the links below for your video card:

Please note that you may have more than one video card so be sure to update both if that is the case.

Placing a ticket
If you have done the above, we would like to get any and all information for resolving your issue. Anyone wishing to report an issue please make sure you're using a non-modded version of the game.
Names of entities, resources, upgrades, etc, are extremely helpful in our attempts to reproduce the issue. Also, knowing at what point in the game you have issues (can't start the game, plays for some time but then...), what type of game (single or multiplayer), and screenshots \ video clips are very helpful with finding solutions. Additionally, if you experienced an issue while playing through a campaign:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- A "Run" window will appear. Please paste the path below in the box and click OK:

- Post a copy of your CampaignSave.bin file retrieved from the above folder to your ticket
