FAQ & Newbie questions

Is it me or does it look like the FAQ page had helped decrease the standard newbie questions? Of course there will always be newbie questions but it appears that it has done its job and answered the ones that we were seeing frequently.

Sure, that FAQ do seem to have done away with a serious amount of those "nOOOOOOb quEstIOn" threads.

It would be intreseting to know how effective it has been. Can you track hits on the various FAQ pages to generate some statistics from it?

I do have a hit counter on it. But I only keep it in memory and do not store it. So wheneve I restart the server it resets itself. But I know that it has received over 1000 hits at this point.

Looks like we need to drag Koasati back in here and have him add some stuff for ObjectDock and LogonStudio .

The most commonly ask LogonStudio question has been in the FAQ since the beginning.......... maybe I need to reword it.
I'm already working on the ObjectDock stuff.

Keep in mind that the OD questions that are popping up lately, have no answers at this time, such as how to link to the StartMenu, and why the taskbar reappears.

I have to admit that I did not even notice it was at the top of the messages. Maybe if the font size was bigger for it or maybe even a different color it would be more noticeable. Just a thought.
