Firefox does not starts with WindowBlinds installed on Windows 7

Firefox

I'm using Firefox 35 but, when WindowsBlinds and several themes were installed on Windows 7, Firefox is not working anymore. It does not start and a message box appears saying that Firefox is locked.

When WindowBlinds is uninstalled, Firefox works well again.

Please, what should I do to fix this problem?

Thank you very much for everyone who sent me solutions!

(I'm sorry for my bad English, I'm still learning English)

Firefox is crashing in windows 8.1 as well and there is no option on the new firefox for hardware acceleration or not. Razer synapse keyboards also crash with windowblinds. I've been thinking about getting my money back although I've enjoyed the look since there does not seem to be a forum to actually fix my problems! Anybody know of any fixes besides unloading windowblinds?

Are you using WindowBlinds 8.09 BETA?

We should have an update soon which addresses it, unfortunately firefox is a constantly moving target and the fix we made for firefox 34 upset firefox 35.

Hi,

No I don't using WindowBlinds 8.09 BETA, I'm using WindowBlinds 8.06, but I found this answer here on the wincustomize forums: "In the Options > General > General tab, uncheck the "Use Hardware acceleration when available."

Now, my Firefox is working normally.

Thank you very much.

That doesn't work unless you also enable the title bar. Without enabling the title bar, you get transparent tabs and missing buttons.
