I,m trying to find a skin that was on this site. The skin name was Metropolis and the author was Made in Medellín. If any on can help me locate the download I would appreciate it.

i dont think it is here anymore,correct me if i am wrong anyone but every work of him was deleted. If you want it, you have to contact the author

That is correct. Made in Medellín and all of his uploads were removed from this site. If I remember correctly, a lot of his graphics were ripped from this skin: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?Library=1&skinid=2623 Maybe you'd like that one.
