Decoder error MPEG-2 on Deskscapes 8

Hello I have downloaded 2 of the Enterprise animated wallpaper and I can say are cool. but I am having trouble with one of them.

The Enterprise animated wallpaper showing the enterprise Dorsal view is having trouble loading to my Deskscape it keeps showing this Error:

The Dream may contain invalid video type or a compatible MPEG-2 video decoder may not be present.

I am not sure whats going on can you guys help? If CarGuy1 is reading this I hope he will tell me what codec I will need to run his Enterprise wallpaper

Install a codec pack, such as K-Lite Codec Pack Mega.

ok I installed klite and loaded the dream file and it still says Dream may contain an invalid video type or a compatible MPEG-2 may not be present.

can ya help pls?
