PaintShop Pro...is good and simple.

None of the 'Skin Maker' proggies actually can make a half-decent skin....they are all junk and are automatically rejected here...

No, winamp v.3 were i made a skin for can't be made in a program, you've got to program it,
just go to the winamp site and take a day
