Does stardock prevent entering setup/bios?

I need to boot to fully cloned/copy second drive. I know how to enter Setup, but it does not work.

I have checked Dell site and doing it right. Tried about 20 times. Do I have to UNinstall Stardock?

None of our products (or any products from anyone in fact) would impact that as they would not be running at the time you enter the bios.
