What do I put for extention?

I just downloaded the purple glas and when i went to change my icons it asked for me to put in an extention.What do I put for that.When I was downloading these I thought that they were going to be applied in an instalation.But now that I have to do it manually I am stuck on this problem.Someone help me please.Email me at [email protected]

If you downloaded a .zip file then the proper .ip file for iconpackager should be inside of it.
