How do i apply the WinStyles Themes?

Hey everyone...i am new to this site so "HI". well i was wondering how do i apply the winstyles themes? since they are in a .suite file they cn't be applied through display..

Well i decided to not put anything on....liked the way my desktop was b4...however i did try to install and it and i did but after i took everything off...it left some icons behind the same....and when i uninstalled icon manager...it said to change back to default and i did but certain word icons didn't change back...is there something i can download that takes everything off that you can download from here? Kinda like Ad-Ware or something where it takes out all the spy ware but in this case it takes out all the added themes and icons and such...thx for any help in advance.

If you have XP you should be able to go to properties on desk top than on left side themes tab install xp theme.That should change things back.If you don't have windows XP I can't help.

Once you get to know the softwhere, you can change what ever you want to change. That is the hole idea. So When your tired of the way the computer looks you can give it a new look.
