Problem with startup menu (win XP), can't skin it!!??

I need help on something.(windows XP)
I cant skin completely the startup menu window completely. Color is changing (skining) icons are skining, but buttons dont borders of the window dont, the top of the window dont, and a left over of the xp color(blue) on top does not skin.
It is the only place on my pc that does not skin completely. WHY?? I tried different things. I have registered version of OD. anyone have an Idea?

You said the bottons skin . Is the task bar it self skinning?

Go into the Windowblinds Advanced Configuration and make sure that everything you want skinned has a check mark next to it...

Are you sure it's a XP skin? Earlier skins didn't skin the start menu or taskbar.

There is a box that says do not use any xp specific features in system .Make sure that is not checked.Look at settings also.

maybe you should try with the big winxp start menu. right-click the toolbar --> properties --> start menu tab --> start menu be clicked, some skins in xp dont support the classic toolbar
