logon not working

when i download a new logon screen and go to logon studio and try to load it it does not load. any easy to follow explanation for this would be greatly appreciated. theres nothing in the faq's about this.

When I load a theme in LogonStudio, it doesn't show up in the list. How do I correct this?

When this happens, click load again, and browse inside the LogonStudio directory for a folder with the same name. Open that folder, and click the file inside.

i have done that but it still wont load the new logon screen. any other suggestions? thanks

rename the file to .zip and extract
Some archives are double zipped.
