Why does your password reset STILL not work right?

Wow, a year or so and it still is a pain in the backside to get a password reset from you folks. Why?

Is it really that hard to make the script work right? I despise your version of a email password reset as it never seems to work right without a reload of the browser or (God forbid!) a system reboot. Yet somehow I am logged in RIGHT NOW and posting this. So why can't I access my account? I can't seem to login even though I am logged in. You folks need to address this issue as this keeps happening every time I need to reset my password.

Please clear your browser cookies and cache and try again. If you're still having trouble, please attempt to login using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Also make sure to check your spam folder with your email provider.
