Activation able without internet connection?

I've installed Fences in 2013 on my WinXP computer. Now, I've a Win7 installation and no internet connection.

Is it able, to activate it without?

If I were you, I'd generate a request for help here: [email protected] . Include the url of this thread.

Save the autoreply, it has your ticket number. Don't reply to it. Wait for an email (to your account email address) signed by an actual person.
