Hmmm... I think that would involve copyright issues, that's probably why there hasn't been one yet. I wouldn't hold out too much hope if I were you.

Microsoft takes anything they can get for free, but given half the chance if someone comes up with something origional that is even sweeter, they will assume ownership of it I bet.

There are officially endorsed/approved skins done by Skins Factory for Xbox as I recall....'commissioned', actually..
