No place to enter discount coupon code

Morning can somebody please help me with my checkout cart ,no place to enter the 

coupon code for the discount i am trying to renew my object desktop and wincustomize

I have had my wincustomize and object desktop acct. since jan 2008

I know but there is no place to enter it, the same thing Lightstar mentioned a few days ago..

The place to enter the coupon is where ID points to in the picture. After you type it in, click Apply Code. If you'd having an issue entering it, try another browser.

Glad to hear I wasn't the only one (not really). Support told me to just make my purchases yesterday and I did. They said they would do a refund on 50% of my purchase afterwards, but so far no refund. After I made my purchases though, I got one year added to my WC subscription, but my Object Desktop did not get a year added yet. Also, after I made the purchases, if I click the Extend button now I get the correct window as Island Dog shows above.

There is no place to enter the code!! i tried 3 browsers, and deleted cookies, cleared cache, rebooted twice,

tried it on windows XP windows 7 windows 8.1 thats 3 browsers and 3 op systems its not me.....it does not show a place to enter the code.

Can you post a screenshot?  Are you running any adblockers, security software, etc. that might be interfering?

If you are running IE and even if you are not running any browser add-ons you might want to check Manage add-ons under browser settings.  I don't run any add-ons but when I have had problems with IE and the site I have found that something has gotten download that I wasn't aware of.  If you see anything under Manage add-ons that looks strange or you can not account for and it's enabled, disable it and see if it corrects the problem.

This is just a suggestion and it may not help at all but it's worth taking a look.   :sun:

Of course the other thing that can be the problem is that it's a problem with the account and SD should be able to fix that.

And yes, I didn't have any problems with seeing the box, which only means is that all of our computers are slightly different.  Yeah I know, no help what so ever.

Okay this may or may not be something to look at but I don't believe I've seen any problems using the Discount Code identified with buying games.  Seems that the problem is only ocurring with Object Desktop and WinCustomize subscriptions. 

Probably has no connection at all, sorry I brought it.

Jaroepz - Are you logged in when you're trying to "check out"? I'd like you to make sure you're logged out and then see if the field becomes available.

Somebody needs to talk to Sean in support (sdrohan) on this, he is handling my case of the exact same problem. Everything was already posted in the other initial threads about the 50% off.

See https://forums.wincustomize.com/459405/page/1/#3507936 for one. Also, my ticket number is ZFZ-782-51526 and I am still waiting for a reply on my last email to Sean from yesterday on this.

Also, please read Reply# 4 above in this thread.

A bit lame but since time is short - 

I extended mine by going directly to the My Products page and hitting the "Extend" buttons there. If you're coming at it from a different direction, you might try going from there instead.

I know, like I said, a bit lame, but maybe....

i'd blame whatever content delivery network Stardock uses. my guess is that not every server got updated. 

works fine here with both Adguard and Ghostery running.
