cartoon type skins

first off i would like to say hi all and a big thanks to every body that makes all these skins

i am looking for a cartoon type skin, some thing like the simsons or scooby doo, that type of thing for windows xp, any one know if there are any around please.
i can use windows blinds or style xp skins/themes.

You won't find anything relating to cartoons directly due to copyright issues. It's just not allowed. Have a browse through the Windowblinds library, there maybe something else there takes your fancy.
