I would like to request the old GC II notifications of anyone building something of note.

Ok seriously, like the ...'Altarians completed the Social Matrix, truly a Galactic Acheivement" or the basic... "The Dregin have built a Financial Capital", this can kinda give me two bits of information....

I would be surprised if this was not already planned for the game i believe they also mentioned there would be some kind of milestone announcement when people were getting close to achieving a victory condition
