Not Working on my Windows 8.1

Hello everyone. I just bought WindowBlinds 8 and Studio 8 i think is called ! Anyway, i installed them, activated, but when i try to apply a new theme i get an error saying that WindowBlinds is not installed correctly on my computer...and then is ask if i want to fix this problem or not. I hit yes...and WindowBlinds goes on "not repsonding" mode for few seconds and then turns back to normal without fixing the issue !!! I tryed to reinstall the program but i get same issue. I'm using windows 8.1 and the Stardock website says that it is supported by WindowBlinds. BTW...i previously installed a theme patcher because i wanted to install those microsoft simple themes wich suck hard...Please can someone help me ???

I'd suggest uninstalling, disabling any security software you might, then install again.

I think I see an ESET icon in your systray.  If you are using ESET antivirus, see herr:

Thanks alot, it worked. The first time i opened WindowBlinds after that procedure i still got the error but after clicking Yes it works perfectly...Y're awesome :)

I will get Icon packager now, lets hope this one has not problems :)

Also congratz to the response time !!! On some other forums i never got answered for things...
