Menu in NextStart

i wounder if someone plz can explain how i do a "menu" in NextStart, no need for a long explanation, i'm happy if i just get a link to a tutorial or something like that, or you can just tell me how i do it.
I'm happy if i just get a tip of _were_ i shall configure it, i thing will understand the rest myself. But plz, how do i create that menu? Not precisly that menu, but similar that one, and i am NOT talking about the theme, it's the MENU i got problem with, and i don't even know the name for the menu, so it's pretty hard to find it in the Help window.
Plz help me :E

Your ss shows WorkShelf. I don't see NextStart in it (unless it's hidden).

It was written for NextStart 2.8. In NexStart 3.0, the configuration windows have been reorganized to be a bit cleaner (skin-related stuff that was in top level configuration windows have been moved to their own sub configuration windows). However, the stuff that the tutorial covers shouldn't have changed between versions.

That menu is called workshelf and can be bought from the people that do nextstart as a stand alone or as a bundle with another program...
