changing individual icons across network?

I have a small house hold network of 6 machines (desktops and laptops) and a home server. On my home server, I store ISO images. To help distinguish Different ISO's I use icon packager to change the icon of select images to a version with artwork on it. This is fine on just one machine. However I want to apply these changes globally across my network. Yes I could go to each machine and redo all the work I did. This would take several hours to do. Is there a way I could export and then import to each machine?
