DesktopX minimizing with show Desktop key

I'm running DesktopX, but with a standard (although skinned) windows taskbar. I usually access the desktop via the "show desktop" button in the quick-launch bar. Problem is, it minimizes all the objects on my desktop also. Anyone know how to stop this?

it's always done that, from the very first public beta, about 2 years ago... don't know why.... but just deleted that icon..

try LiteStep instead. has a nice module that has the same functionality as "show desktop" (showdesk.dll)
