WindowBlinds and AOL

I have just started using WindowBlinds. I also use America Online. I always was able to minimize a window and then call up another website, and so on. With the new skins I seem to have lost that ability. Nowhere can I find a button that will minimize the current window and keep AOL open at the same time. Any suggestions? And by the way, the AOL favorites heart that appears on each screen is nowhere to be found.
