Filtering shipparts of other races

In the shipdesigner there currently is the option to show parts of other races. In its current form, if you check the box it shows all races.

Would it be possible to add a filter function? When I play as Terrans for example I mostly want to use the Drengin and Krynn parts and dont need to see all the other ones.

Yeah, at least I'd like to see a size filter like in normal designer.
