Creating Windows Media Player Skins

I am new to the group, and am trying to find some help in creating a Windows Media Player Skin. I have Windows XP Pro, and Photoshop 7.
Can anybody suggest a good tutorial site or program that can help me with making a skin for the Windows Media Player?

Download the SDK from Microsoft. Better have a lot of paper for your printer.

1 hint, try to open a windowsmedia player skin file with winzip, and unzip it...
