Transfer Purchase to New Computer

i purchased fences, but have a new computer and can't upload the program even though i still have my unique key. do i need to purchase the program again?

You should just be able to download it from your account and install.

 What if the computer you want it on has no wireless. I have a comp that is not connected to the internet as it has no wireless card, and it is faster so I use it for my skinning. Offline activation? While were on the subject- ;P
