My start Bar

OK heres the deal. I have iSkin for windows blinds. i also have object dock. now, i want both the dock and the start bar at the bottom, but i dont want the dock to be blockin anything. This is kinda odd, but is there a way that i can modify this start bar so that i can take a chunk from the middle where the dock will slip in? I know i am picky, but i dont like the taskbar on autohide, nor the dock. but i want both showing without interference. And i like them both at the bottom. So any help is appreciated. If it helps, i have object bar too.

im not sure if i know how to work hoverdesk....how would i make it so that only the start button and systray are showing?

well, i dont like that thing at the side....can i get rid of that. also, i ahve desktop x, can i configure it so that just teh start button and systray are showin, or is there some other program

That thing at the side?.............. There are numerous way to set up HvD. My setup at the moment is running a resource monitor, a clock, and the right click menu. That combined with ObjectDock, is all I need.

but is there a way to have the actual start menu and just the systray...i dont want another theme....i ujst want the same start bar, just without the tasks
