newbie question on logons

hi, i am making my first logon skin and theres one thing i can't get to work/find out to do: how do i make the filling of the userlogin bar black/completely transparant? its semi-transperent now and i need it black with a white/gray border... i know this is the wincustomize msgboard but logon dosent have one...

just use a magic pink image. R:255 G:0 B:255 That should do it.
