Qusetion about top glass area

thr is a separate line under the top glass area ,anybody knw how to change/delete it??

And is there a way to define it without SKS 8 ? . Can you send  me the exact  skin section name and how its defined. ? Do Need it for my skins.

We can add it manually  with notepad and gimp right. ??

All my skins have that damn error and SKS8 crashes on my system.
