Is there a trick to this one? It downloads but it doesn't apply and I can't find anything in any of the folders! Do you have to do something special for Premium Skins?

XPAugustus is packaged as a Winstyles theme. You just need to install Winstyles to apply it. https://www.stardock.com/products/winstyles/

I did that but for some reason the components do not go where they should. In fact, I don't know where they went. They're not in their respective folders.
