Fences Screen Size Confusion on IPS Laptop

I have a Windows 8.1 lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Touch with 2550 wide IPS screen.  I also dock to two Dell 24" monitors through a Lenovo USB3.0 Hub.

I had a similar configuration before this except my Lenovo then had 1600x900 screen and windows 8.

In my current configuration, Fences is useless.  Everytime I boot or switch to or from docked, the fences resize to some strange screen size (maybe the imaginary number).  They might be huge, overlapping and running off the edge of the screen, or they might be tiny, overlapping and so small they need scrollbars to show the containing icons.

If I readjust them, they stay for only that session, even if my next session is in the same context (docked/undocked).

You're not alone as some other apps are confounded by the screen resolution and flip a coin between pin-head and cocktail napkin for the size of menues and icons.

Any thoughts on when Fences IPS panel support in Win8.1 might improve?

Having the same kind of problem with a Surface Pro 3. Fences has been working great. Then I got the dock, and now whenever I dock or undock I have to manually resize all the fences to match the docked screen or the tablet screen. Frustrating.
