jarget: At this point I am not sure. I am kinda of lost on ports permissions, since they are over 400 now.
I remember that I aproved one skin for Dashborad and someone pointed me a another rip for the same app, but I can't remember now the name of the person who have my permission granted and who have not.

Anyway, thank you very much for your report, jarget.

Treetog I was given permission from you to port CDII too Dashboard for the pocket pc. I still have the original text permissions as well it is in the readme file for those who download it. I have never seen another Dashboard port of your CDII.

'S'tatic....as much as possible, try to mention 'permissions included' with any upload pre-amble...
All of my uploads that have copy righted material from other author's ... especially in treetogs case include in the description the permission and as treetog had asked also his website in the description. I was just wondering if the other dashboard skin he mentions is actually mine by the name citats it will have the same pre-amble tho...

This one's supposedly for Palm Pilots. If someone can download it, one can check to see if permission is in there. If it is, perhaps permission was given. I'd do it, but I feel bad creating accounts I'll never use.

the YiShow skin contains no readme text at all( there for no credit )also you can see that no credit is given in the description either.
