Window Blinds Problem??

I installed windows blinds and loaded them with on problem .. The only problem i have is when i go to either minimize, maximize, or close out a window, it doesnt work .. when i click on them nothing happens.. i have to go to the taskbar and right click to close or minimize . Why is this? Anyone know how to fix it?

This is a common problem...The usual suspect is a program called "Common Names". It interferes with mouse clicks. It is sometimes installed by other software programs, often without the knowledge of the user. Check your add/remove programs and remove Common Names. Also, if you are using an Immersion Desktop, this can interere with the mouse clicks.
