People cannot always d/l my skin, why?

In the comments section of my ObjectDock icon for Lotus Notes, I've got 12 posts right now. Seven of them are from people complaining that the download does not work. I've tested and have successfully downloaded it on three different computers. Does anyone at WinCustomize know what is going on?

It should work now. For some reason your files failed to copy over to our secondary server. So those who were downloading off of the secondary server could not get the file. I have copied the files over and all should be well.
