IconPackager on windows 8.1

Does

IconPackager work on windows 8.1 right now? I remember a couple of months ago it didnt change the file explorer icons and the icons on the left, is it working now?

I just renewed my Object Desktop subscription after a few years of not using it and I was quite sorry to see that IconPackager doesn't seem to have had much attention given to it since I last used it. It caused a number of issues on my Windows 8.1 installation and I had to remove it in the end.
