Who Uses *Nix Here??

I know this is a windows site but a few of you have penguins, deamons or blowfish in your closets. Personally I love Tux and Beastie alot! And I know I"am not alone. Admit it.
If so I'll never post again.

Like any budding geek, I tried Linux for a while...but not for a few years now...

i use Linux. Suse 8.1 Professional distro.
IMO Suse is the best (for newbies specially), but Mandrake rocks too.
I prefer Gnome 2, but KDE 3.0 it's more extended. We need to wait at january 2003 for new releases (Gnome 2.2 and KDE 3.1) to see which is better.

I run Suse 8 with KDE for my desktop (customized to use Mosfet's High Performance Liquid engine). It now looks as sweet as it runs.

Downloaded Red Hat 8 two weeks ago, but didn't get a chance to install it yet.
Tried out Mandrake 8 last year. Was OK, but ended up deleting my Linux partition cause I wasn't using it often enough. What i want to try to do this time is install Virtual PC and run Linux under Windows. Some time when I have more time, I'll give it a shot.
