PC wont Reboot with WindowBlinds

when using WindowBLinds,my pc wont restart when i choose restart in the shut down menu.it turns off then hangs during boot up process and all I have is a black screen...I have to completely shut my pc down,then hit the power button to turn on.

any ideas or links to similar problems and how to fix them.thanks.

I have had similar problems using Object Dock... are you using that by any chance? What OS?

Im not using object dock,just the newest window blinds.

Im running XP Pro.

Any other forums I may try for help figuring out what is going wrong?
