Help with setting up!

How do you erase the small picture right next to your name in the start menu?
Also I can't really figure out why my copperdeck icons get some sort of white background...anybody know why?

If you remove the welcome screen the picture on the start menu will not be there.

Control Panel > User Account > Change the way you log on > Uncheck Use welcome screen.

To remove the name ...
Start > Run > Gpedit.Msc > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu And Taskbar > Find Remove User Name From Start Menu > Right Click Properties > Check Enabled > Ok

I can't seem to find the gpedit.msc program... I run the Danish version of xp and think that may be why I can't find it. Do you know what I can do then?

I have the XP Pro but maby it is the way I log on windows that is giving me the problem...

Hello,

How do you put a theme that you download onto the desktop? I can't figure it out.

Please help...
