Start Menu Icons

Whenever I apply a windowblinds skin all of the icons work right except the start menu icons...they dont show up. Thanx in advance for helping.

XP doesn't allow the changing of Start menu icons in the 'classic' mode....

Oops i meant an iconpackager skin...but what do u mean 'classic' mode? if i was in windowblinds how would i still be in classic mode?

Right click on the start button, click on properties, you have two choices, start menu, or 'classic' start menu. If you have it set on 'classic' start menu Iconpackager won't be able to apply icons here. If you use the default XP start menu it does apply icons here. Hope this helps...

ok...thanx for that...but it isnt set on classic..

the icons that dont chance that dont change are help and support, search, and control panel..
