New task bar

Hy every body, i would like to have an other task bar on my board because i saw it on any themes but i don't know how to do ..................

please help me !!!

Seriouly ... can you provide just a bit more info? Maybe a link to one of the themes you saw it on.

look for the "Ovakill" theme from gabriel in "windowsblinds" library. I would like a bar like wich was in the right .....
So if you know how to do .....
