Title bar is chopped off

I was wondering why with the vGreen WB Theme, when a window is maximized, part of the title bar is chopped off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's setting to control whether the the entire bar is shown in maximized mode or a trimmed titlebar is shown. Unfortunately, I don't remember what the actual setting is.

maxbordercut settings in the uis file for the skin. Probably can tweak them with skinstudio also. Not sure what their calld in SS though.

I think it's called edge clip (top, bottom, left right)...in the main personality section.

There used to be a single setting for the maximized windows. I remember putting it in the WB.INI file.

I don't see any of the above code parts in the VGReen code. Does anyone know how to maybe add these into the code, or is there a way that is in the WindowBlinds Interface. TIA.

I have been trying to fix the same problem. I think the maxbordercut thingies go in the [metrix] section. There is a very complete skinning guide here: http://www.windowblinds.net/skinning/

It explains these items.

I cant seem to find the metrix section in the uis code for VGreen.

PS, I think i have this problem on other skins too.

I have this problem with most skins. Maybe it's not the metrix section, sorry, don't know for sure. I haven't had the time to look at that skinning guide. I *do* know that the maxborder cut info *is* in the skinning guide.

If you have SkinStudio, there is a setting under Tools\Tweak Your Feel\Miscellaneous\Maximized Windows Show Borders. Check it and reload the skin.

Or, go to "Tweak Your Feel" from the SkinStudio sub-directory of the start menu and do the same change.

This stops the "cutoff" of the maximized windows on my computer.
