Stardock 8 Issues

I bought a computer with Windows 8.. Did not like it so I installed Stardock 8 (Not trial version). Whenever I am away from my computer for any length of time the Stardock (Start) icon disappears and everything is locked up. I can go to Windows 8 and work from there but I hate it. This also happens randomly. Sometimes I will walk away from my computer for 15 mins and it will happen and sometimes I will leave it for a day and it won't. Per someone's advice I reinstalled Windows and then reinstalled Stardock 8 and it did not help.

Any ideas???

It is probably best to open a support ticket with us if you have not already.

Please download and run the following utility:

http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please attach the .zip file it creates on the desktop when you create a ticket here.
