Do you have to have each program like windows blinds and icon packager or cursorXP to get each one of them to work or could you just download windows blinds and it will do it all for you?

You need the different programs for the different stuff. On their own they tend to be small and pretty good on resource use. It's better than one big program with a lot of stuff people may not use but they still have to run the whole big program just for one or two applications. (You, know like an MS operating system.)

It costs less money to buy the entire "Object Desktop" and just use the programs that you like.

If you want to buy a couple apps (and the enhanced registered software is better than the shareware) that's already about $40. With a little more $ get an annual subscription to OD and all the programs and upgrades. Then you can use what you like when you like.
