LogonStudio Help!

I have just downloaded logonstudio and i am having some trouble loading a new logon file (.logonxp). On the "LogonStuiod" main screen i press "Load" and select my downloaded .logonxp file. I open it and nothing appears in my list. I press refresh and nothing shows up. I just get the three logons that come with the download. What am i doing wrong? How do i select a new logon? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey brett: After you download and load it and it doesn't show up. Go to C:\Program Files\WinCustomize\LogOnStudio through Explorer or My Computer on the "C" drive and find the file where you have the LogOn at then open it up and if there is only one file there just double click it and it will load. 9 out of 10 that I download do this. There's a bug or something in their application?? Good luck! Mark
