Unable to login to Stardock Central

(with my original login)

I purchased Multiplicity on 7/25/2006 and when I go to login at Stardock Central to download multiplicity, it doesn't allow me to login. I changed my password 24 hours ago so I could login on Stardock.com, but it's been 24+ hours and the password change apparently still has not updated.
