Never got product key

I clicked the purchase button on the popup for Stardock Fences, and paid the $9.99 fee through paypal.  The program never activated, and I never received the product key via email, to enter manually.  I've sent emails, and still haven't gotten a response.  How do I go about activating this program?

By the way, I purchased it before I created my account, thinking it would just activate the program, and I wouldn't have to go through all this.  It wasn't until after it failed to work properly that I had to create the account to search for the answers in the forum.  I can send the transaction information to whoever needs it, of they'll get back in contact with me, and let me know who I need to talk to.  I'm just trying to get the program I paid for to work.

I've sent emails

You should have received a support ticket number from the first email you sent.

FYI, tickets are responded to First In First Out order so if you send more than one email without first being contacted by a support tech, then your position in the queue drops back.

At times purchases can be delayed for fraud check. This is done to protect the purchaser. Not sure if this is the case with your issue but a possibility.

If you did receive a ticket number please post it here in a comment.

I will attempt to make Stardock support aware of this post.

It looks like your ticket was replied to on the 16th. I have responded to it again. Let me know if you do not receive it.

Sure thing.  Here's the ticket number: QAK-747-34784

And yeah, still no response.  I'm combing through my emails, again.

That is the ticket that I responded to earlier. The support system is working at this time so maybe the emails are getting filtered on your end? I am going to send you a PM here with the contents of the ticket. You can respond via PM.

I found a response in my spam folder, for some reason.  The emails from Stardock were coming in, but replies to my question were getting caught.
