MS Outlook 2013 blocking cursor

I’ve been using Stardock Multiplicity 2 for years on my laptop running Windows 8 and my pc running Windows 7 without any issues.

Recently I reinstalled my pc with Windows 8.1, and I decided to purchase Multiplicity version 3.

I installed it on boths the laptop and the pc, connected fine and all but now there is a very annoying issue.

On the pc (Window 8.1 Enterprise), when Microsoft Outlook 2013 is active, that is in the foreground and not minimized but fullscreen or custom size, I can’t move the cursor to the laptop screen. If another window is active – say Internet Explorer – and Outlook is open in the background, it works fine. So if Outlook is active, the cursor won’t move to the other screen.

Is Outlook running as another user or elevated?

And if so, is your logged in user a limited user?
