No registrations found - purchases missing from my account

Hi all,

 

Previously I have purchased Deskscapes and fences and all was well. However last night I purchased Windows Blinds 8 and Start 8 and when I came to register them I keep getting " No registrations found".

 

so I go on the website and check my purchases, and they are no on the list. the list only contains Deskscapes 8 and Fences. idk if this is the cause of the problem? and I don't know how to get them put on the list.

 

Any help is welcomed

 

P.S I do have the recipt of purchase, also a bank statement showing funds were taken.

There was a weather emergency in Michigan last night, and several areas lost power.

Although it might have taken a bit, recheck your account now. Some things take a bit longer than others,

so be patient (it's hard, I know) but it will get straightened out.

Are you looking on My downloads, or my orders?

I understand there has been a change to the system which puts them under my orders only until you activate the serials in the apps.

Thank you both for your feedback, I have managed to solve the issue, it was password related for some reason the website used a different password than the programs? idk why but I managed to fix it. thank you

It would be great if we could have a post by Stardock outlining/explaining those changes and how they work.  for example, my order history shows the purchases I have made, but they do not show all the software/subscriptions associated with my account. The renewals and software that was purchased for me as gifts do not appear, namely ODPlus 1.9, 2.0 and several ODNT renewals,  These do still show in my downloads page however. 

How would I or anyone else activate  any future gifts if they won't show in your order history and you won't see a serial number in My Downloads until it is activated?

ODM may work for some things, and SDC  may work for some but I prefer using the store page as it is far more reliable as to version numbers and getting uncorrupted downloads. Besides, i shouldn't need all three to manage my software.

I believe that you can always access the serials via ODM or SDC, unless that has also been changed.

Some say all their software don't show up in those 2 apps though. I think some of my legacy apps are missing.

 

Things like Control Center, Tab Launchpad...

Another observation.....Clicking on View Additional Software in ODM takes you to your downloads page, where you won't see any apps that haven't been installed/activated yet.  ;P  Doesn't that sort of defeat its purpose?
