Why Won't Support Answer My Helpdesk Ticket?

Hello all. Hoping to reach the support team here. I submitted a ticket, number is [#ATL-363-71414]. No one will answser me.  I purchased Galactic Civilizations 1 Ultimate Edition as part of the Galactic Civilizations complete pack through Steam. When playing, just after the first United Planets vote, the game accuses me of pirating the software and shuts down. Since you distribute your software through Steam I know it is not pirated. I have sent screenshots and have the receipts from the purchase and am willing to send you whatever you need to prove it is not pirated, yet none of you will even answer me on this. PLEASE RESPOND!

When did you submit the ticket? It can take a few days to respond, since support has others to deal with as well. Lotsa gamers out there.

Make sure not to resubmit the ticket, it'll put you at the back of the queue.

You might have to solve that via Steam's Support. When you write to them, let them know how you paid (PayPal, etc.).

Did you check the 'spam' folder in the email of your account at Stardock?

Be aware that replying to a ticket will also put it to the back of the queue.

Hi all, thanks for responding. Stardock did get back to me today and suggested removing and reinstalling the game. It didn't work - the game still accuses me of piracy and shuts off. Steam also got back to me - they said everything is fine and contact Stardock. I am really disappointed in Steam and still looking for a solution so I can play what I purchased.
